Lush Cosmetic is a cosmetics brand that makes their products from scratch; Cleansers, Face Mask, and even Bath Bombs are their company’s staple items, made from hundreds of natural and raw ingredients. Lush has some of my favorite face and body products. Today, I will be reviewing a cleanser “Angels On Bare Skin”. Lush writes that “The kaolin clay base deep-cleanses while finely ground almonds and lavender flowers gently exfoliate away dry skin. We add lavender oil to soothe and balance, and rose absolute to calm redness. If it’s smooth, radiant skin you’re after, this is the cleanser for you!”
I am going to show you how i used my Lush Cosmetics CLeanser, Step by step!
Lets Find out if it works!
- Wash your hands before washing your face!!!
- Read ingredients on bottle to make sure you are NOT allergic to any ingredients. This particular product has almonds, so if you are deathly allergic to nuts, STAY AWAY! 🙂
- read the full list of ingredients on the bottle or on the lush website!
2. Message the cleanser into the skin
3. Wash your face with WARM water
4. Towel dry
My first impression on the ‘Angels on Bare Skin’ was the clay-type
consistency. My other lush products usually have a grainy, almost sandy consistency. That was an interesting twist.
The smell was a mixture of almost almond-infused-milk mixed with flowers. Great Smell.
When mixing the water with the Cleanser, it got very milky and smooth
When I applied the cleanser to my skin, it was less rough than expected. My other favorite lush cleanser, Dark Angels, is very rough and sandy on the face, Angels on Bare Skin is WAY more delicate.
After washing my face with the cleanser, my face instantly felt less dry. I had dry patches near my cheeks and forehead, and they felt moisturized and smooth.
The area around my nose didn’t get too red. When using other harsh cleansers, it irritates my sensitive skin
