HELLO BEAUTY LOVERS!
Today I am sharing with you my skin care routine that I have tweaked to perfection in the past weeks. About a year ago, I didn’t feel the need to use any product on my face because there were no extremely visible issues, but I began to notice that over time residue and discoloring were prominent. My skin began to look dull and even dirty at times. I began to use a cleanser I found at a drugstore (the Neutrogena Acne Stress Control Toner) and saw a quick result. It is meant to be for acne, but it reduced the redness and small blackheads around my nose and bridge. I did find that using it everyday made my skin very dry, so I began to use it 3 times a week instead.
Then I found that after my day, I needed to wash my face to remove the makeup, and excess dirt that builds during a normal daily routine. My friend Val recommended visiting Lush Cosmetics. The lush workers know so so so much about the skin and what products to recommend. Everything is natural, chemical, and even plastic free inside the product. I began to use the Dark Angels Face and Body Cleanser and it changed my life!!!! MY skin began to glow from removing all the dirt and residue build-up. The product is mainly made out of black sugar and charcoal. It’s also mud-based and incredibly oil-retractive. I use this product in the morning, as well as at night.
Yesterday, I purchased the Lush Brazened Honey Fresh Face Mask. I have not had the opportunity to try it out, but my friend was very excited about how “glowy” it made her skin! I will do a separate review on the Lush products I swear by!
The Lancome Makeup Remover is the product I have been using for about 5 years. It doesnt irritate the skin, and works worderfully for eyes and face!
